State attorney general’s office suing air duct companies over robocalls

The Attorney General’s Office is suing two air duct companies claiming they are responsible for more than 13 million illegal robocalls to Washingtonians.

Attorney General Bob Ferguson says the companies — US Air Ducts & Sky Builders Inc. and DLM Services Inc. — are responsible for the robocalls that pushed deceptive marketing.

He called the lawyers representing the air duct companies and did not receive a response.
