Seattle has been named one of the best large cities to live in the U.S., according to a new study.

study by WalletHub compared the 62 largest U.S. cities based on 56 “indicators of attractiveness,” including quality of public schools, life expectancy and property taxes.

Seattle came in at No. 3 behind Virginia Beach, Virginia and Austin, Texas.

The Emerald City scored high in a number of categories, including first in economy and “education and health.” Seattle might have scored even higher if it hadn’t been for the affordability ranking — it ranked at 50.

Detroit, Memphis and Cleveland rounded out the bottom of the list.
