Last state inspection report for Ride the Duck fleet

A Ride the Ducks tour vehicle and a charter bus carrying foreign students to a college orientation event collided on the Aurora Bridge Thursday, killing four students and injuring dozens of others.

Below are documents from the last state inspection report for the Ride the Duck fleet. It shows two violations.

The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission conducted the inspection in 2012. It gives you a window into investigators will look into when doing their work into this tragic crash.

These inspections take place every two or three years.

Ride the Ducks was scheduled for its next inspection in October. With the crash, the WUTC will do a full investigation on Monday.
