Glitch with major insurance company leaves dozens with no proof of coverage

When Sandra Shaw went to renew a health insurance policy for herself and her husband, her broker encouraged her to try Lifewise by Premera because of the company’s reputation for excellent customer service. But Sandra says she’s had the opposite experience, starting right from open enrollment when she was told her account had never been activated.

She had to turn to Jesse to get it sorted out.
