Frontier Airlines CEO resigns

The CEO of low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines has stepped down.  Frontier said Dave Siegel stepped down for personal reasons.  The announcement comes just days after the government said Frontier Airlines had the highest complaint rate and the worst on-time performance among airlines in March.

The Denver based airline said its Chairman Bill Franke and President Barry Biffle will take over managing the company.

Siegel had been with the company since 2012.

Earlier this month, I introduced you to the Armstrong family from Bremerton.  They called me after inaccurate information from Frontier Air ended up costing them $2,400.  Here is their story and how I helped them get a resolution.
