Consumer Product Safety Commission

A colorful children’s bath toy was recalled because it posed a possible choking and cutting hazard.

Plastic Ubbi Connecting Bath Toys with a big circle and six smaller circles connected together can break and cause cuts or a choking hazard to children, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said

The toys should be returned for a refund and a free replacement Ubbi Squeeze Bath Toy.

The recall was prompted after Pearhead, the company that makes the toy, had two reports of broken bath toys. No injuries have been reported.

The toys were sold from January to August at Amazon, Nordstrom and speciality stores including buybuy Baby and Bump Box.
