Seattle Colleges offer options for ITT Tech students

ITT Tech’s nationwide campus closure in response to new guidelines implemented by the U.S. Department of Education affected three campuses in Washington, including Seattle and Everett.

Seattle Central College is hosting an open house Thursday, September 15 for prospective students, providing them with program and enrollment information, according to Seattle Colleges district staff.

“These students are undoubtedly feeling uncertainty about their next steps, given this closure happened right before fall classes were set to begin. We at the Seattle Colleges are here to support them in any way possible,” said Chancellor Shouan Pan.

College representatives from North Seattle College and South Seattle College will also attend the open house to assist students in finding the right program and financial aid options, according to Seattle Colleges district staff.

Seattle Colleges will offer ITT Tech students certificates, associate degree programs, and bachelor degree programs in information technology, according to Seattle Colleges district staff.
