According to a new job posting, the multinational financial service company is seeking collection specialists who will be responsible for handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls on past-due, high-balance accounts.
The company is looking for candidates with a strong “will to win” attitude, strong oral communications skills and problem-solving skills who are metrics-driven and can adapt to a changing environment.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and at least have earned a high school diploma or GED certificate.
Candidates must be able to work between the hours of 5 a.m. and midnight any day of the week.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-a-week position, and working weekends and holidays may be required.
Since this is a work-from-home position, the company will cover the cost of dedicated phone and internet service.
The position also has competitive hourly base pay plus additional benefits.

The company says current American Express employees are not eligible to move from an on-site position to a home-based position during this time.
