IHOP restaurants celebrate their 58th anniversary today, July 12 by offering customers a “short stack” (three) of Original Buttermilk Pancakes for 58 cents from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The offer is for dine-in only and is limited to one stack per person at participating restaurants.
That promotional anniversary price is four cents less than what the pancakes cost in 1958, when the first IHOP restaurant opened in a suburb of Los Angeles.
Also available through July 31 are IHOP’s “Paradise Pancakes” offered in three tropical flavors ― Strawberry Passion Fruit, Banana Macadamia Nut, and Pineapple Upside Down.
