The Amazon baby product retailer Hot Mom is recalling its portable bed rails because the product can pose a danger to young children, including suffocation and entrapment hazards, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The recalled bed rails measure 59 inches long by 2 inches deep and 25 inches high, with the model number Boom09 and Hot Mom printed on the bottom right corner.
The rails are made of plastic with mesh centers and are sold with a light blue and white cover.
They were sold online through Amazon from March 2017 through August 2017 and retailed for $60.
