Election Day Freebies – Don’t Miss Out!

Tuesday is hopefully the end of 2016’s contentious election season.

And voters who still plan on heading to the polls can get more than just an “I Voted” sticker, and the pride in exercising an American right. Voters can get freebies at companies across the country.

Krispy Kreme is trying to sweeten the deal for voters with a free doughnut at participating stores for showing the “I Voted” sticker.

7-Eleven is offering a free cup of coffee at participating stores through its appUSA Today reported.

Zipcar is offering free cars to get voters to the polls. The cars can be used from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. local times to beat voting deadlines. Its part of the #DRIVEtheVOTE campaign.

 

Uber and Lyft are also offering promotions for Election Day in some markets, The Verge reported.

YMCA: Parents can get free child care so they can go out and vote. Services vary by community so contact your local Y for details.

Gold’s Gym: Anyone who brings in a valid voter’s registration card or an “I Voted” sticker can work out for free on Nov. 8.
